Petition for freedom. It is agreed that the petitioners in this cause are descended through the female line from a women named Mary Queen, the woman under whom Edward, and Phillis Queen who attained their freedom against John Ashton, the former in the General Court the latter in Prince Georges County Court. That she is also the same woman under whom Nancy Queen who claimed her freedom in Charles County Court against Charles Sewall which said Edward, Phillis and Nancy Queen are the same persons maintained in the exemplifications herewith filed No. 1. 2. & 3.
