<p>To the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting.</p>

<p>You are hereby commanded to attach the body of William Digges &amp; Thomas Crown and them immediately have before the Circuit Court for the District of Columbia, now sitting at Alexandria, for the county of Alexandria, to answer to the United States of America, touching a certain contempt by them committed in not attending this Court as a Witnesses after being thereto legally summoned. Hereof fail not at your peril.</p>

<p>Witness the honorable William Cranch, Chief Judge of the said Court, the 12th day of May 1835.</p>
