This day came the parties by their attornies, and the matters of law arising out of the case agreed by them in lieu of a special verdict and filed in this cause, having been argued, it seems to the Court, that the law is for the plaintiff. Therefor it is considered by the Court, that the Plaintiff recover her freedom, and also that she recover against the defendant her costs by her about her suit in this behalf &c &c
