Harriet Lemon & Nel an infant by Nelly Lemon her next friend complains of Nehemiah Hicks in Custody &c. of a plea of trespass. for that the said Nehemiah did on the       day of       in the year eighteen hundred and thirty two in the County aforesaid with force & arms made an assault on the said Harriet and then and there beat and ill treated and falsely imprisoned the said Harriet, and other wrongs to the sd Harriet then and there did to the great damages of the said Harriet and against the peace of the United States. Wherefore the said Harriet by Nelly Lemon her next friend saith she is injured and hath sustained damage to the amt. of $50000⁄100 & therefore she brings suit.
