In the case of John, alias John Lee, it is, on motion of the Petitioner's counsel, ordered that the Clerk shall issue process against John S. Hutcheson and Benjamin Lewis to appear and answer the Petitioner's complaint, and in the mean time that he be in custody of the marshal until the said Hutcheson and Lewis, or either of them, shall file a bond with security in the penalty of Five Hundred Dollars, either in Court or with the Clerk of the Court & to be approved by the Clerk to have the said John, alias John Lee, forthcoming to answer the Judgment of the Court, in which case he shall be returned into the possession of the said Hutcheson & Lewis, or either of them.
