Jenny       complains of Solomon Sparrow and George Cruse in custody of the Marshall; of a plea of a plea of Trespass on the case, For that whereas the said Solomon and George on the     day of       in the year     at the county aforesaid with force of arms, towit, with staves and swords, made an assault upon the said Jenny, in the said county and then & there beat, wounded, and ill treated her, whereby the said Jenny was in great danger of losing her life, and then and there did other injuries to the said Jenny against the peace of the United States, to the damage of the said Jenny

and therefore she brings suit &c
