Personally appeared before me a Justice of Peace for said County John Hunter who made Oath that a Negroe Girl named Milly, he knew in the State of Maryland, and that she there belonged to Joseph Bassill Hatton of Prince George's County Maryland, and that she afterwards came into the possession of Bryan Hamson of the Town of Alexandria, and that she hath resided in said Town upwards of Twelve Months.
