<p>The petition of Christina Pinkney a woman of colour of Washington City District of Columbia respectfully represents that she is claimed as a slave by one Elizabeth Young of Prince George's County of Maryland. And that she, the said Christina Pinckney claims her freedom. And she prays that the same be enquired of by your Honours and that she may have such other &#38; further releif as her case may require. And as in duty bound she will ever pray &#38;c.</p>
