We command you that you take Summon Mary Massey late of Washington County, if she shall be found within the County of Washington in your said District, and her safely keep, so that you have her body before the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, to be held for the County aforesaid, at the City of Washington, on the third Monday of October next, to answer unto Mary Ann Williams on her petition for freedom
Hereof fail not, at your peril, and have you then and there this writ.
