<p>The Petition of Rosanna Robertson, Maria Robertson, Elizabeth Robertson, Mary Jane Robertson and David Robertson, infants under 21 years of age, by    &#160;&#160;&#160;   Robertson their father &amp; next friend, humbly represent that your petitioners are now held in bondage and claimed as slaves by one Alexander Waugh. That your petitioners are entitled to their freedom and they therefor pray hour Honors to grant unto them the United States Writ of Subpoena to be directed to the said War and such other relief in the premises as your Honors may deem just &amp; proper &amp;c</p>
