We command you that you take summon Olivia Kean and Silas Burke Exors of James Kean Jr. late of Washington County, if they shall be found within the County of Washington, in your said District, and him safely keep, so that you they have his body be and appear before the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, to be held for the County aforesaid, at the City of Washington, on the fourth Monday of March next, to answer unto the Petition of George Kean filed in the said Court for his freedom
Hereof fail not, at your peril, and have you then and there this writ:
