Your Petitioners Adam Wigle Rachel Wigle, Nace Johnson, Nancy Johnson, William Forrest and Harry Wigle, humbly sheweth unto your Honors that they are justly entitled to their freedom under the w last will of their late Master John B Kirby decd, and that they are unjustly held in bondage by George Kirby executor of said John B Kirby
Therefore they pray your Honors to take their case into consideration and grant them such relief in the premises as to your Honors may seem just;
