You are hereby commanded that we to Summon Francis Neale late of Washington County, if he shall be found within the County of Washington, that all excuses & delays set aside he be and appear before this Court immediately, to answer the Petition for freedom of a certain Priscilla Queen filed in the Court against him. Hereof fail not at your peril— and have you then and there this Writ. Witness the hon Wm. Cranch Chief Judge of our said Court the 8th day of Jany 1810.
